th90 on "Numbering posts based on each category"

Hi there.
I want to add continuous post numbers (IDs) for posts of each category seperately ,
mean :
category 1 : article 1,2,3,...
category 2 : article 1,2,3,...
and even if it's possible , changing the permalinks and ids of posts with these assigned numbers...
