Excuse me for my bad English
MY CMS is Wordpress, I Used Wordpress for about 4 years without any problem but now i have a Big problem.
in header of my site Has error :
HTTP Error: Couldn't open socket connection to server http://5.9.161.52:8080/checkip/checkerfile2.php, Error (110): Connection timed out
and it takes long time to load my site for that Error
