Thos on "url rewrite"

First, sorry for my bad english.

I'm making a website to save sport workouts. I can't give you link as it for now in local

I have a page : http://www.mysite.com/mes-resultats/

In this page, i have a list of my workouts. I can edit them by clicking on a link, and the url is :

http://www.mysite.com/mes-resultats/?action=edit&id=10

I'd like to have http://www.mysite.com/mes-resultats/edit/10/

Is it possible to have this? And if it is, are $_GET['action'] and $_GET['id'] still usable?
