fluxstate on "Sites by Hacked. How do I fix?"

I was recently alerted by Google Webmaster that my site was hacked. It looks like some hacker is using my theme to run a Viagra website.

I've reset my password and updated everything. I can't figure out how to clean it out.

Any suggestions or can anyone recommend a company that can fix this problem?
